The Three-Step Process for Dealing with Negative Reviews

Do you know what to do when you get a negative review? Welton Hong was just discussing the process with an attendee at the Ohio Funeral Directors Association’s convention in Columbus. When you follow a simple three-step process, there’s a pretty good likelihood of having the negative review either removed (by the reviewer or the platform) or replaced with a positive review. But the very FIRST thing to do is take some time to calm down and maybe even sleep on it. You never want to respond in anger and start a fight—that never reflects well on your business.
